1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads,
all sales are final.
Once the product is delivered/downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Why No Refund?
Digital products:
Cannot be “returned”
Can be copied after download
Are instantly accessible
Therefore, refunds are not applicable.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only if:
You were charged twice
You did not receive access
Technical issue on our side
In such cases, contact within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Replacement Policy
If the file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will resend a fresh copy free of charge.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support may result in permanent access removal.
